Mt. Pico de Loro - Sample itinerary and costs

I'll be sharing a sample of our group's itinerary and costs as we rented a jeepney from Baclaran going to the jumpoff.

Dayhike Mt. Pico de Loro

0400 - ETA Baclaran (meeting place, take breakfast)
0430 - ETD Baclaran ride bus bound for Cavite (or rent jeepney to go directly to jump-off)
0545 - ETA jump-off Ternate, Cavite (DENR registration)
0600 - Start trek
0620 - ETA Basecamp 1
0900 - ETA 2nd Campsite (take early lunch)
1000 - Summit Assault
1030 - ETA Summit (photo ops)

1100 - ETA monolith take pictures
1130 - Return to 2nd Campsite

1215 - Arrive back at 2nd Campsite - rest
1230 - Start descent back to jumpoff
1400 - Back at the Basecamp 1
1500 - Back at the DENR registration (take a shower and rest)

1530 - Take tricycle to Ternate
1615 - Take bus bound for Manila
1730 - Arrive back Baclaran


Expenses

P300/person as the total cost for the jeepney rental  from Baclaran to the jumpoff and back to Baclaran is P6000
P25 - DENR registration
P20 - Basecamp 1 registration
P20 - Mountain Dew at DENR registration (Optional)
