Bolinao Falls 2

Bolinao Falls is located at Brgy. Samang Norte, Bolinao. It is just 30 minutes away from the town proper. 30 minutes or more due to unpaved roads. There are actually 2 falls, Bolinao Falls 1 and Bolinao Falls 2.

The man made stairs which leads to the falls

From Manila, we arrived at Bolinao at 5am or so.. It's early from what we've expected. It was still dark driving down to the unpaved roads going the Bolinao Falls, asking the locals the right path to lead us there. We did'nt visit both falls, but we were being led to the Bolinao Falls 2. And our friend who drove the car was still groggy and sleepy so we just sit one of the cottages and let our friend rest for a while while me and others just explore the falls.

Exploring this falls, I was amazed until now by looking those photos. But my camera did'nt capture the exact beauty of this falls. It was indeed different, and beautiful seeing with my two eyes. You have to visit it to see for yourself! :) It was one of the best falls I've been to. The waters were so so clear. The blue-green gradient tone. It suddenly relaxed me.

You can rent this 'balsa' for a fee and paddle your way to the other side of the falls. I did'nt swim though.

There are rubber tubes that are for rent. :) Salbabida for those can't swim on the deep part of the catch basin.

There are cottages for rent but I forgot how much it costs. We stayed in one of the cottages no one was asking for the rent. But there is one guy who said there is an entrance fee or maintenance fee of P5.00 per head. so we paid a total of P25.00 for the 5 of us.

The relaxing view

The clear cold waters of Bolinao Falls 2.

I regret myself not taking a dip on the cold waters of this majestic Bolinao Falls 2. When I come back, I wanna spend even half day or a whole day bathing in these clear waters.

The sun was up and it was time to bid goodbye to this falls. It was 8:00 or 8:30 in the morning when we left here and head to Bolinao Town Proper to have some breakfast to fulfill our hungry tummy. :)
