Another random weekend foodtrip, my friends and I went to Maginhawa for a good food fix. Just because I cannot tolerate staying at home staring at the ceiling and waiting for something to happen. I texted my friends and they agreed to meet me up.

Flowers Bloom
Just another weekend celebrating my father's birthday that time. We just had a quick lunch celebration at Tramway and then after that they dropped us off at Trinoma because I'm having a movie date. While waiting for our movie, I just had a quick OOTD photo ops :)

Exploring Southern Cebu
After the long wait, my Southern Cebu exploration did come true! I was not expecting this trip to came so soon. But as soon as seatsale was up, my travel buddies and I booked a flight right away. Alloted only 4 days 3 nights for us to enjoy Cebu so I need to choose which part of Cebu should we explore. Because going there North to South means a lot of travel time plus hassle. So my pick was Southern Cebu.
Why Southern Cebu? Why not Northern part which has numerous beaches? Inlove with beaches? Yes I am, totally. But what makes me choose Southern part was the variation of things to do and explore. Adventures. There are so much in my list to explore on the Southern Part so I carefully choose the best that would fit our itinerary.
Dinner At Larsian Cebu
After the walking trip around Cebu City's Historical Trail, our feet were dead tired and so our tummy. We found where the Larsian is because it's just so famous. And its good that I'm also craving for some barbecue or ihaw ihaw that night.
Westpoint Inn, Cebu City
We almost have no chance of finding an accommodation for our 3rd night in Cebu. Because everything that is in our list that we checked upon was already full. We walked along Don Gil Garcia Street and found this Westpoint Inn. It's also near Fuente Osmena and from there you could just walk to get here.
Cebu City Historical Trail
Our third day was spent well, after our whaleshark watching in Oslob and the exploration of Sumilon Island, we went back to Cebu City. We depart from the town of Oslob at around lunchtime and arrived at almost sunset in Cebu City.
Aaron Beach Resort, Oslob, Cebu
After riding the bus from Santander, the bus stopped exactly in the front gates of Aaron Beach Resort. Since we don't have any reservations ahead of time, we tried searching nearby accommodations first but to no avail, so we're back where we started at Aaron's Beach Resort.
Sumilon Island, Cebu
I dream of going to this Sumilon Island after reading across some Pinoy Travel Blogs. I've been wanting to try Glamping (Glamorous Camping) but its pricey. Well the tour for this is pricey with the Bluewater Sumilon Island Resort(the only resort in Sumilon Island, and that only offers this Glamping experience). Good thing I've found out that there are cheaper ways to get into this Sumilon Island's sandbar but minus the Glamping experience. Just the sandbar.
Whaleshark Encounter: The Tuki Experience - Oslob
Brgy. Tan-awan of Oslob was recently getting been famous for travellers and adventure seekers because of the appearances of the whalesharks (locally known as Butanding/s). It was 2011 when the town of Oslob been getting popular because of the whalesharks and over the years it has been a destination for locals and also foreign travellers who might as well wants to encounter this harmless creature on earth.
Tumalog Falls
On our 2nd day at Cebu, we travelled from Moalboal to Oslob, it was about lunchtime and we were about to go Sumilon Island, but it was hightide so we decided to take Habal Habal tour around Oslob, Boljoon and Alcoy. Part of our Habal habal tour is this Tumalog Falls. An umbrella-like shape falls that is also known as Mag-ambak Falls or Toslob Falls.
Southern Cebu Habal-Habal Tour: Oslob x Boljoon x Alcoy
From Aaron's Beach Resort, we negotiated 3 motorcycles to be our service vehicle for 500/each. The plan for the afternoon is to visit the following places for the rest of the day; Tumalog Falls, The Oslob and the Boljoon leg of the Southern Cebu Historical Trail, and Tingko Beach in Alcoy.
