I was roaming around the mall, and checking out a good eyebrow pencil, I was about to pick Fashion 21's eyebrow pencil, when I suddenly checked Collection Cosmetics' stall. All am after was their most raved concealer the Lasting Perfection Ultimate Wear Concealer, then the sales lady asked me if I do wanna buy their smudge proof pencil lines, so I was eager to try, she tried to demo using 02 Birdy Song pencil for my eyebrow. I was carried away how she had turned my ugly duckling eyebrow into a well-groomed and artista-like brows. Good thing there was a promo of buy one get one. I was able to get another one which is the 01 Black Magic, without testing and reading all Infos regarding the product, I bought those. Before writing this post, all I know that is smudge proof and so I tried lining my waterline with the 01 Black Magic pencil, I was surprise that not long before, it was already smudging under the water lines that may be in no time I will have that panda look. oh too bad! It was a kohl pencil  eyeliner that is intendedly for smudgeable lines. But I do like the 02 Birdy Song pencil for my eyebrows, not too dark and not too light, just about right for my everyday brows (note that I have colored hair-an almost ombré for my fugly roots are showing up).

Collection Cosmetics Intense Colour Eyeliner in Birdy Song is best for daily look of your eyebrows. But I guess it would still depend on your hair roots. As you can see here, my black roots are very visible, so the Birdy Song shade do match my hair color, and for me its best for daily use whenever I am just staying at home.

does not have a bad smell(smell of a pencil of course!)

pricier at P169 than my Nichido Minerals Precise Eye Pencil at P130 or something

not for creating precise lines
does not stay long
easy to melt

Will not repurchase. Wanna try other eyeliner pencils that are more pigmented and last long that doesn't smudge easily.
